    A 'study' of 15 self-selected participants over the summer months, without closely examining the participants' diets before and during the study is like trying to determine wether a recipe from Ottolenghi or your father's verbal instruction to just throw the egg in the pan is the best approach when you want to make an excellent omelette. This study wouldn't even qualify as material for a paper to advance to the next grade in High School.
